I just want to ask, last time i was able to cash in via gcash, now there is an error and it cannot be processed as per gcash. then i tried to transfer to my linked bdo account but also encountered an error message . what to do? they are donations to my late auntie to be given to my tito that is why it is important that i get to withdraw it all.
