In general, most major credit cards can be added to a PayPal account. Cards that are branded with the MasterCard or Visa logo should work, as well as other cards, depending on what country you're in.
However, specialty cards may not be compatible with PayPal's System. Your description of the card as "a disability master card" suggests it may be a specialty card. My best recommendation is to try adding the card and confirming it. If you receive an error message saying the card cannot be added or confirmed, that would be due to the card being incompatible.
