Different amounts of money

Hello,

I've received Paypal.me donations from people and currently have 39,72 EUR* available, but I also have two other amounts of money that are 24,50 EUR and 17,67 USD. I tried buying something online but noticed that I only have 24.50€ on my account. Why does this happen?

The TOTAL given is the amount that would be in euros if and when you converted your dollars to euros.

Until you convert them then you can't use them to pay a seller that accepts euros or you are paying in euros.
