Deposit not showing

I went to a store that accepts putting money on my paypal account on 4/12.  It still doesn't show up.  I called them and they have no clue and said they would put in a ticket for it.  I need this money for my bills.  How do I get my money?

If paypal have not received the funds then not a lot they can do about it is there, so you would need to sort it between the store and yourself.
