So I've been using this account for awhile, however it's first time I sold something receiving funds from it. The fund was on hold then released after the merchandise was delivered to the buyer. However when I tried to accept and cash it out, it always says there's an issue with my account. Under resolution center I don't see any limitation or anywhere I can click to provide anything they ask. Tried call but the call center is closed!!!!! messaging always got the agent replying with limitation contents from help section, I told them I couldn't find anywhere that indicates limitation(I knew it's under resolution center). eventually they said they were transfering my chat to the specialist team but after a week still no reply. Is there anyway I can actually in touch with someone that can take a look at it? Thanks!!
