Changing banks

I want to change my account information.

Can I rename my account and link it to a different bank. Do I have to have two accounts? What I would like to do is just keep the one current paypal account, attach it to a new bank and rename it. 

Any advice please?

Any paypal account has to be in your legal name.

You are only allowed 2 paypal accounts if 1 is personal and the other 1 is business.

You can have up to 8 bank accounts on the one paypal account.

You would need to confirm any bank account you added.
