Card is not linked to another account.

I've checked all of my Paypal accounts and this card is not linked to any of them.

I keep getting this message, however, whenever I attempt to link the card to a Paypal account:

"This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method."

Please help. I have no idea why it keeps saying this.
