Hello,
I got this problem, that i can't withdraw my money, neither to my bank account or debit card.
Whenever i try to do that it says "we need more information" while withdrawing to bank account and "cannot process this" while withdrawing to debit card.
I don't know what information they are talking about, because I've filled everything in my profile.
Before you tell me to go check other topics, because there are many topics with same question. I already did and the solution I got from there, is to withdraw funds from old website or system, don't know how is it called. But even there i get the same problem.
