I see that a lot of people are having issues like mine from other countries, I have called PayPal and got the automated system which hung up on me and told me to go to the help section first.....tried messaging PayPal and got no response, I have no account limitation, my payment is clear and available except PayPal won’t let me do anything with it and just remains silent!!!!! Anyone else have this problem and the problem been resolved or did PayPal just basically scam everyone and say f—- us you’re not getting this money and we aren’t gonna do or say nothing cause what can you do anyway?
