Cant Add New Bank Account - HTTP ERROR 429

I was Adding my bank account but because of more than two wrong or invalid tries , now i  m unable to add my bank account and getting an error like - HTTP ERROR 429

Then you would need to contact customer services and see if they can re-set it for you, they may or may not.
