Cannot withdraw money but I have money in my PayPal account...

I have money in my PayPal account and cannot seem to withdraw the money into my bank account. When I try it says to try on the old website, which I do and still nothing works, it just refreshes the page.. does anyone have any suggestions please??

you might need to check if you are withdrawing it to the bank account or you might be transferring it to a debit card. also check because there are several possible reasons that that is happening, could be the device that you are using or your location isn't the same with what you usually use. if everything's all good, it would be best to get in touch with the customer service. possible that their security system is blocking you from withdrawing it. what they would do is reevaluate your account there.

Think there may be a temp glitch at the moment as others are reporting issues, I would give it a few hours and try again.

You can't withdraw to a debit card in the UK.
