I'm trying to withdraw money from my (available) PayPal balance to my (verified) UK bank account. Every time I try, I get the message "Right now, we can not complete this transaction". I have had no messages about account limitations or anything, so can anyone explain what's happening? Thanks
Have you withdrawn funds before? Are you withdrawing to a bank account and not debit card? What error message are you getting? Have you verified / confirmed your bank account? Are the funds cleared and not pending? Are the funds in sterling? Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?
