Hi, I have created a new account and tried to link my debit card. It said that the card was already linked to an other account, which I checked and it wasn't. After that error, I also tried to link it to the original account and it gave me the same error. Anyway to fix this ? Thanks!
After removing it allow at least 72 hours before trying to link it to another account.
Also be careful as you are only allowed 2 paypal accounts and only then if 1 is business and the other 1 is personal, if you have 2 or more of the same type you can end up with them all being limited.
