Cannot Remove Bank Account with ease. Still shows even after I go through the steps

I tried to remove my bank. I have taken out pre-authorized payments that would be tied to the account, and took it off it another spot. When I click remove, the screen just goes white. The bank acct is closed and I no longer use it. How can I get it deleted please?

Thanks for your reply. I appreciate it. Yeah I was going through all old subscriptions and deleted those so that nothing is tied to the account. I even changed to a credit card on Netflix but it kept trying to charge the account and caused fees before it was closed. OMG I was so mad but the bank fixed it.

I managed to delete my old account - yay! But! got a error when adding my new one.... GRRRR!
