Every time I go on the GCASH app and try to link my PayPal account through "My Accounts", I keep receiving an error message.
It takes me to a page where it asks me to log in to my PayPal account and then after I press the Authorize button it states that they've sent me an email regarding my authorization. Right after that message it then goes back into the app and displays an error message that states, "We are unable to link your account. Please make sure your credentials are the same in both your PayPal account and GCash wallet".
Please help. I've already contacted Globe/GCash customer service as well a visited the actual service center to get my problem fixed but they were little to no help. I've been trying to link my account for more than a month now and still no success. I just want to be able to withdraw my money out of my PayPal and through my GCash, but I don't know why this is giving me such a hard time.

Does the account info in your gCash and your Paypal Account match? The names and addresses have to be the same. Is your Paypal Account verified?
