I received an email saying I was refunded for an event that was canceled due to COVID 19, with a transaction number, but I can't see the transaction at all. The email instructed to go to my history to see it, but I don't even see that option. The card I had on file was expired when they sent the refund but was since updated. How long until the payment shows?
Normally, refunds going back into your card may take 3-5 business days. In some situations though, it may take 1 billing cycle (or 30 days) for it to post back in your account.
