Can't add updated Bank/Card Information

I've recently contacted my bank since they've apparently made a branch change and my bank account's number has been changed, I'm trying to update the number here, but I keep getting the following error message:

Whenever I try to click the current bank account I get redirected to the dashboard. Is there some sort of downtime on the bank number tool?

 

I also have an old card which I'm trying to remove but it just won't go away, I guess this is a secondary issue.

 

I'm mostly concerned about my main bank account since I also requested an addition from my bank to my paypal account on July 25th, which was deducted from my bank account but wasn't added to my paypal, the Transaction is still marked as "Processing", it's been 8 days already. That Transaction ID is the following: 6T189464V2412684B

I have a similar problem. Maybe due to new GUI launch?

 

I added a new bank account (new paypal account) and took a day to get the 2 deposits. But now I have no way to enter the values. When I click on the account that has "read to confirm" it just takes me into the account. If I do "..." or "more" it takes me back to the previous screen...
