Can't add bank account to paypal

I want to add bank account in PayPal but only add is it shows is credit card. I can't find add bank or debit card in option. It only shows add credit card and nothing else. I don't have credit card and for that I wanted to add bank account but it doesn't show add bank option. What do I do. Can anyone help me with this.

You can't add a local bank account in your country.
You can only add a linked card.
The option to receive paypal payments is also not available in your country, you can only send payments for purchases.
