5 days ago I went on cooldown then 3 days later I asked PayPal what’s going on, they said I was on cooldown because I sent $75 to someone outside of the US earlier. Then when I called they told me I was on cooldown (which now I know what it is) they told me to wait 24h, but still on cooldown!!!!! My PayPal is verified and my PayPal is linked with a card. Someone please help me out
