I had just created an account with pay pal and hadn't link my card and bank yet. i tried and my bank asked me to come and confirm if i was the one linking the account. i told the i was going to come this week. Now pay pal is asking me to confirm a linked card or bank which i haven't succeeded in the linkage.
They asked for my one of my ID of which i have sent to help in my identification. i need help on how to confirm this card and bank thing pay pal is asking.
