Just wondering i have a payment on hold do i still send the item to the customer? What happens if i send the goods and then customer cancels the item??

1. are the funds actually showing in your paypal account balance but on hold?

2. are the funds pending as an eheque with a clearance date?

3. if pending in your paypal balance click on pending and does it say new seller hold and a clearance date?
