I'm trying to remove a bankcard that was used fraudulently. My bank has cancelled the card and replaced it, but I can't remove or replace it on my paypal account.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
