Bank transfer fail

Every time I try to transfer my paypal balance to my debit card I get an error. This has never happened before. I've read that it could be 20 different things and I'm confused as to what it might be. The address is probably the most likely since the one on my ID isn't where I currently live, but it'd be nice to just get my $28 without having to jump through hoops.

Im sorry you were not able to transfer the money right away.

Is the address in another country or still within the U.S?

The billing address on the card has to match the address on your paypal account for withdrawals.
