I lost my card so recently got a new one I accidentally deleted my bank account, I thought I had to delete the card and bank but turns out I could keep the bank because it stays the same. It wouldn’t let me redo my bank account so I tried to make a new account and it let me, but wouldn’t let me confirm my phone number so I closed the account down. But I forgot to remove my bank and card so now I can’t try and use it again on my original account. I’ve called PayPal 6 times recieved a call back from Dublin but the person never spoke
