When I am trying to link my bank account then it says this account is 'This bank account is linked with many account' but it is not true. Please solve this problem. I call to your paypal helpline no. but they do not help me. So they tell me to send this.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
