Good Afternoon,
First Question: I have already set my Payment Method as my debit card. That means I have already linked a debit card to the Paypal account, correct?
Second Question: Will I still be able to receive money if I do not "Link A Bank Account?"
I tried hitting Wells Fargo in the section "Link A Bank Account" and it says "Something Went Wrong, We couldn't link your bank account. Try Again Later." But I've been getting that same error message for a long time now.
Will the money that I receive still go into my debit card/bank account without me actually having to Link My Bank Account or am I all finished?
