Bank Account won't connect and now it says it's blocked

so my card hooked up to my paypal account no problem but my bank account isn't and I don't understand why but since I apparently tried to many times it now says its blocked and I don't understand why.

Did you receive the 4 digit code to confirm the bank account and did you imput the code incorrectly x3 times?

If you did then you would have to contact customer services to link the bank now as you can't do it anymore with the code system.

Paypal would have to do it by requesting a copy of your bank statement to prove ownership.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
