Bank Account not US

Hello,

I have a question for you. I am trying to withdraw mony from my paypal account so I am adding my bank account that is not  a US one.

when I choose the option add a bank account they are asking me about a Routing number and a Account number. I live in Albania/Europe. What should I do?

You can't withdraw to a local bank account in your country, you can only withdraw to a Visa card.

The only exception is U.S expats can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts (paypal is a U.S company so they allow their citizens to do this).

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

I am having the same issue. I have around $100 dollar on my account but I am only given the option to send it to an US bank account. I tried to send the money to another paypal account but even on this option it does not allow me to access my paypal balance. Please help!!

As you haven't said what country you are in then I can only give you this link.

I would like to add my German bank account. If I click on "link to bank account" in my wallet I only get the option to add a US account. 😞
