Adding Debit Card issue

Hi,

I am trying to send money to a friends which I've done before but encounter an error which is:

"Your payment method isn't working. Do you want to try again with another card or bank?"

So after trying many times, i've decided to delete and re-enter my card, but upon re-entering it, I cannot enter it anymore it says:

'This card is not accepted. Please use a different card"

Please help me with this issue.
