I went to kum n go to add cash to my PayPal account. I’ve done this in the past and it worked out perfectly. This time they charged me an “activation fee” and the money I gave them is not on my account. My receipt gives me the last 4 numbers on this “card” I supposedly activated and I don’t know where to access this money?
