Add and confirm bank account

I couldn't add my bank account into PayPal. Keep getting the message said sorry we are unable to link the bank because it is disabled. Please help and thank you.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

However paypal does not accept all bank types especially if they are virtual banks.
