Hi @Fnicx

If you don’t have any open buyer complaints, you might be able to withdraw the money to your bank account.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
  2. Click Transfer Money near the top of the page.
  3. Select where you're transferring the money from, and then select to where you're transferring the money.
  4. Choose an amount you want to transfer.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Review your request, and then click Transfer.

Your money will usually take up to 2 hours to appear in your bank account.

Withdrawals to a bank account typically complete in 1 business day but it may take up to 5 business days to show in your bank account depending on your bank's clearing process.

Please make sure your bank account information is correct before attempting to withdraw money from your PayPal account. For example, if your name is James Patrick Smith, but your bank account is in the name of 'J P Smith,' you would need to enter 'J P' as your first name when adding the bank account to your PayPal account.

If the above steps don't work, or you don’t have a bank account linked to this PayPal account, please go to https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/contact-us and click Message us.

If you have a bank account linked to another PayPal account that you own, we may be able to transfer your balance to your other PayPal account so you can withdraw it.

To do so, we will need you to send us an email requesting the transfer and outlining the email address associated with your other PayPal account.

Thanks,

Avi
