I am taking the time to sign up for this site because I want to commend the excellent customer service I received from Paypal representave Bobby today. I had been put on hold several times and spoken to two agents who were not able to resolve my problem. I am so happy that I was redirected to Bobby. He is extremely professional, polite and still personable. I never felt rushed or like I was speaking to someone from a script. He genuinely seemed happy to help me. My situation was complicated but he followed the details and was able to walk me through to completion. I am so happy to have my problem solved. The paypal agent I spoke with prior to Bobby wanted to have my buyer call paypal. I wanted to solve it for my buyer because I think the buyer would be more likely to cancel the transaction if she had to go to the trouble of calling for assistance. Thanks to Bobby, I believe I will be receiving positive feedback from a previously disgruntled buyer! I sincerely hope that Bobby receives a commendation or acknowledgement of his outstanding customer support skillls. You have a winner employee!

I feel like I can't thank him enough for his patience. Scott was completely committed to resolving my problem and stayed on the phone with me for well over an hour to figure out where my money had gone. Thanks a million Scott and I did make that prayer 😁😁 # 782397 -Nicole Ruiz

What a pleasure it is to have an extremely knowledgeable and competent customer service representative to help me solve a confusing payment issue with a fraudulent charge. Sasha was patience, thorough and kind throughout my time on the phone with her. Being soft spoken made her voice easily understood and empathetic. PayPal has a winner in Sasha

Paypal has the good fortune (which is created by good business, management, and hiring practices) to hire and deploy the skills of many exceptional people.  Today I had the pleasure of speaking to their very best, Wendy.  After discovering an issue with one of my Paypal cards and placing a call to manage the problem,  I was greated with grace, empathy, and proactive action by Wendy.  

 

Wendy's phone presence made an upsetting situation take second seat and then disappear behind the confidence her knowledege and action inspires.  Wendy alivated my concerns, fixed the issue, and left me a happy, and very grateful customer who is able to move on and enjoy the day. Wendy and all the people at Paypal that are like her are why Paypal continues to have our business.  

 

Wendy's supervisor Jennifer should be proud to have such a wonderful person on her team.  Thank you Jennifer, your management abilities and leadership shows through the attitudes and actions of your team member.

 

Thank you Paypal, your forward thinking management and training shows and shines through Wendy's efforts on your behalf.
