I used paypal to make out a e-check for $56.49 I had $55.00 on my paypal so I sent it to my bank to cover the charges a few days later I had a -$49 balance witch was covered with the $55 I send how ever ether on my banks side or paypal's the e-check was denied and I was chaired for the e-check still costing me the $55 that was needed to pay for the item so now im broke and I have a angry seller what can I do can I get my money back. I have dealt with e-checks before and using them I have put my self in a hole of no more then $15 it was not really a issue until now.
basically I'm being charged for a e-check that was denied and I'm not getting my money back for it for some resesion.
