The only easy part about Paypal is logging on to your account. Every single product offered is totally **bleep** up. Then when you try to get help for any one of a hundred different issues, you are more confused then before you started.
I would love to meet the idiot who founded this company just to ask why he/she chose to run before learning to walk.
Paypal is so frustrating that it is funny. I come to this forum to see if anyone has received any helpful information and the answer is NO. We all have the same problems and no remedy is in sight. Almost daily I am forced to call customer service to see if maybe someone with a brain answers the phone. However, these poor people are more confused than I am.
