Kernowlass....your answer is a total nonsense. You posted a ton of words that, in essence, say nothing useful. However, this is the MO of paypal. It is so unfortunate that PPs customers are so frustrated, that they have to yell to hope they will be heard! Philiponfire is right on the money. I know five people who have left this payment processor due to lack of decent help. I agree with them and it is time for me to leave, as well.
