I placed my order on June 5 and went on a vacation, to a place without...eh internet. So When I got back and check my order status, it still didnt shipped yet. So I immediately sent them an email on June 17. Not until June 19 that I got an email saying that my order has been shipped through USPS First Class Mail International Parcel but they did not provide any tracking number. Also note that the payment was processed immediately on June 5.
I tried to contact the seller but got no responses so far.
So I decided to open a dispute and here we go, 45 days limitation.
Is there anyway to get around with it?

This is a forum and pretty much not moderated.
Was your dispute international? If so the time limit is longer I believe.
Also have you asked PayPal to help resolve the problem by escalating your dispute to a claim? You can only do this within 20 days of when the dispute was opened. PayPal will investigate the claim and decide the outcome.
