I cannot log In to my account at ALL

I have tried many times this morning to log into my account = I have changed my password and it just send me right back to the log in page. I am trying to check my account but cannot access it period. What is going on?? The internet says Paypal is working fine....

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced when attempting to log into your PayPal account. If you haven't already, I recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using a different internet browser to see if this helps to resolve the issue.
