Just wanted to let the powers be know that I had such excellent service from this employee. I was very upset (in tears) when I called, and he was polite, friendly and helpful and entirely resolved my issue. I hope that a Paypal employee sees this and forwards this on to his supervisor, he is a real asset to your company.
