Everyday i have to deal with my paypal debit card being decliend because of some 15 transaction limit in a 48 hour period on the backup funding sources even when there is plenty of money there in the backup funding source. How is this suppose to help my buisness or even be marketed for buisnesses. I call in about it and they can only tell me i have to wait it out. The transaction limit needs to be removed or the limit needs to be increased. What good is the backup credit remaining if you can't use it.
