how to verify nonprofit status??

The nonprofit FAQ says to do it via the Resolution Center, yet the RC requires transaction IDs. Poorly designed!

Thanks!  I have now called customer service, but they should fix this in their Nonprofit FAQ pdf. That will reduce the number of calls to customer service.
