Worst Website I've ever encounteres

I've used  conventional PayPal for years and been very happy with the service.  Unfortunately, last month, I tried  PayPal's Pay Me Later.  This is the worst website I've ever encountered.  I've been trying UNSUCCESSFULLY for 2 days to pay my Pay Me Later account.  I will never use Pay Me Later again and will certainly tell friends and family not to go there.

Below is a list of ways to make a payment to your PayPal Credit account.

 

 

- Pay online: Log in at billmelater.com and visit our "Payment Center" to make a payment using your checking or savings account (we don't accept credit card payments). There's no fee for using this service, and you can schedule a payment for a future date. (you will need your User ID and Password set up)

 

- Pay through our automated system: Call us at 866-380-3752 (available 24/7) and follow the prompts to schedule a payment. It's free to use this service too.

 

- Pay with PayPal: If your PayPal Credit credit line is linked to your PayPal account, you can pay online at paypal.com using the checking or savings account associated with your PayPal account or your PayPal balance.

 

- Pay by mail: Send a check or money order (we don't accept cash) to the address below. Be sure to include your payment coupon or write your account number on your payment. You'll also want to allow plenty of time before your due date for your payment to reach us on time to avoid a late payment fee.

- Pay over the phone: Call us at 866-528-3733 Monday through Sunday, 7 a.m. to midnight Eastern and we'll be happy to help you schedule a payment. There's no additional fee to pay by phone.

 

If you're trying to make a payment for today, you need to schedule it no later than 11:59 p.m. Pacific to get same-day credit. Although we don't process payments on weekends or holidays, you'll receive credit for making a payment on those days. It may take up to three business days for payments to appear on the "Financial Summary" tab of your online account.

 

When you make a payment using our automated phone system or our website, or you pay over the phone with one of our Customer Service teammates, we'll send you email notifications when a payment is scheduled and when it's applied to your account.

I have been trying to schedule payments for paypal credit for the last hour, can't find where you schedule ahead. I like to schedule at least 4 monthly payments. Whoever said this is the worst web site I have seen they are right. It was so easy with bill me later.
