I highly recommend PayPal work with Microsoft to provide Windows users with the opportunity to utilize their products for PayPal virtual terminal. In my opinion PayPal is missing a large amount of revenue. This opinion is based on peer information from other partners in my business who take advantage of Microsoft Win8 products.
I run a large business from my Win8 phone and Surface Pro. We have expanded and our new product lines now require us to do virtual terminals at events and local. Unfortunately for PayPal I will be creating an account today with Intuits Virtual Terminal after research and learning that I cannot utilize PayPals feature as I need to, to support my business needs.
I do hope that at some point in time, PayPal will reach out to Microsofts devise and services teams to onboard their new products. They are growing fast, and they work. No discredit to other companies, but do not expect customers to change their devices based on PayPals system configurations, those who find a device that works for their business, will find a new Merchant Service that supports that business.
