What goes on behind chargeback representitive's heads?

When a PayPal user disputes nine (out of eleven) payments from three months ago claiming that their account was breached for one month, yet not charging back any of the other payments made at that time, and I provide an entire arsenal of evidence that this claim is blatantly and obviously fallacious, why is my evidence not even reviewed? I provided information about the buyer, to which I had been in contact with for the past three months.I provided e-mails of correspondance between the two of us. The e-mails even had the buyer confirming his payments. Now I come to find the multiple screenshots of evidence I provided were not even viewed. If anyone has an e-mail of someone I can contact about this abuse, please let me know. I doubt it though, it's obvious that PayPal doesn't want us contacting anyone real about our issues.
