The worst customer support I have ever seen

You guys have the worst customer support I have ever seen in my life. I am asking for one thing your machines or automated respones reply something else. I ask to add bank account and get a response that my bank account cannot be removed. What the heck? My bank account isn't even added, why did I get the response that it cannot be removed???
There are many many more similar cases I have been involved during the time I've been using PayPal, I just can't remember.

That is exactly what I have been doing. But I have already told you, I only got prepared responses. Do you have people or robots working as customer support?

I have no idea who they have on customer support as i don't work for them.
This is a member to member help forum and if you want advice you need to give some more info to work with.
If not then as i said get back to customer services.
