Smart Connect Card

I can't find the answer to this anywhere here.  I made a purchase and asked that it be billed to my Smart Connect Card (I thought), but they took the money from my bank account instead even though Smart Connect is my preferred method of payment.  I called the number and got the automated run around and searched here for a long time.  Any one know how to fix this problem?  Thanks!!

I just posted a similar situation. Pay pal is now defaulted my account to e-checks instead of using my credit card for instant payment. I'm trying to find out how to get it switched back. E-checks take forever to get the seller paid and you purchased item shipped. What a mess!!!!
