As a Top Rated Power Seller on eBay, it is a crying shame that PayPal FORGETS that the Sellers are PayPal customers as well.
When you sell an item, pay for the Priority Mail shipping AS WELL as insuring the item...that PayPal will refund a Buyer for a damaged item without the Buyer even having to file the insurance claim through the Post Office.
Absurd, but easily rectified...REFUSE TO ACCEPT PAYPAL AS A FORM OF PAYMENT!!!!!
