Poor Customer Service

I cannot take payments through our machine today, constantly cancels and then declines sales. Customers have to be turned away. After 3 hours of trying to find out they tell us the engineers are working on the problem it started 10.00 this morning. Why lie until now, we have spent over 3 hours trying to find out what is wrong. Instead of admitting problem we have been blocked access told to resolve it online all sorts of rubbish. Zettle is the way forward.

I had a potential security problem today.  When I tried to reach customer service, I was on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes.  I never got to talk to anyone before the call was dropped.

 

Is this typical service?

About a month ago, a case was openned on a transaction and I was quick to resolve it. But when I was checking paypal the funds would never transfer to my account. I called them to fix this problem and they assured me everything would be fixed and ill have access to the funds shortly, lies. So I even went to the message center where I thought for sure I would be lined in with a real person to help with this. Later on I got a reply from their message center and it was some long paragraph that was automated to reply to my message, saddest part was the information they sent had nothing to do with the issue I had sent them. So yes paypals Customer Service goes down in the books, as one of the worst! (Btw yes its been a month since I messaged and called them and the issue they said theyd fix shortly.. still nothing has been done about it.)
