Paypal theft my money

Hello, everybody

Here is the story of my problem.
3 months ago I tried to withdraw money from paypal to my visa
card. I waited for several weeks after I sent a claim to paypal and
received response after trace:

"We have received confirmation from our processor that credits for the
following withdrawals were processed successfully to your credit card
ending in xxxx. Please keep in mind that there is a $5.00 fee per
withdrawal. Please provide the information below to your credit card
 issuer:
 12/09/2011 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
 12/08/2011 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

Under xxx there are some transaction numbers or something like that.

I provided this information to the bank. After several weeks they
finally found just only one transaction.

So I contacted paypal again and they asked me about which
transaction exactly was lost. I asked in the bank about lost
transaction and still didn't get any answer. Just response: we are working
on this. I don't know how long they are gonna work on this!?

I'm waiting for the second transaction to be deposited to my
card for 3 MONTHS!!! already.

After reading several topics about paypal problems I getting to think that PayPal just theft my money.

Any ideas?

PAYPAL HAS KEPT MY FUNDS FROM ME AS WELL. ALL I KNOW TO DO IS REPORT PAYPAL TO MY STATE FOR THEFT AND NEVER USE PAYPAL AGAIN AS WELL AS FILE A LAWSUIT TO RECLAIM MY MONEY.

EMAIL to paypal in US: (no reply after multiple resends)

I don't know how aware you are of the problems this company has caused in the UK (I can't imagine it is that different there, noone answers the phoneline even in the US - at $3 per minute from here). There are literally thousands of cases pending against Paypal here. My INACCESSIBLE to me , its owner. No password or username recovery procedure works. I have no idea how much money is in the account, I can't talk to anyone about it and I cannot even close the account down because to do that you need to get in and they wont let me in even though I have the right password. They have blocked the account for some reason (their "system" cannot handle things like you fly fromone country to another and are still the same person, or you have two accounts logged into in one country.Of course they will lamely claim they have shut it down for "security reasons"
Paypal is pure evil. We should all club together to get it shut down. The greedy techneads who set it up are just raking in money whilst creating MISERY for tens of thousands of people. Write to your MP, alert the media. Let's get this STOPPED.
Details appear to show paypal are aware it is me, yet for 8 months they have persistenlyignored all emails. There is an option to leave a phone number, but this doesn't work because the number is listed as "unconfirmed", and in any case I am not in the countrywhere the registered phone number is.
Paypal is the worst online nightmare I have ever come acrss. Governments should close it down as it is unaccountable and essentially steals peoples' money. I cannot access my account and it costs me money to wait endlessly to speak to some simpleton on the end of a phoneline somewhere in theUS.
IT IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE
