Paypal shipping not available?

It has been down for me for at least two days now....I call and call and the clowns just tell me they are trying to fix it...I ask for an estimate and they can only say " I dont know" then I shoot back " What, an hour, day,month, year, decade?" then the say we dont know...I think those clowns need a new set of so called "enginners"

 If paypal cant back up a service they offer, then they need to drop it completely and quit deciving customers with a service that is really not there

Still down for me, just discovered that if you print the shipping using the  "Manage my shipments" in the Merchant Services page it will work.  I'm getting really tired of having to void shipping labels to check if it's working again.  Usually takes 2 weeks to get my money back.

It is not working for me either.  REALLY upset with PP.   This is a huge deal, not being able to print... but even worse is getting charged, but not getting any postage.   They get our money for two weeks.  grrrrr

Here it is the year 2014 and it appears the "unable to print a shipping label" is still not fixed.  I voided twice.  Going to the post office tomorrow to mail package.  

No label shows up to print.  No message, just sits in limbo.  Money paid up front for a blank screen.

Does Paypal every read these messages?
